Materium consists of components that should all work together to function.
These components are :
– Heater
– Temperature Sensor
– Cooling Fans
– Model Fans
– Stepper Motor
– Probe
Heater : not heating up
Temperature Sensor : Not reading, abnormal temperature at room temp, or not connected
Cooling Fans : not turning on when heater is on, or only one is turning on
Model Fans : not turning on when it should, or only one is turning on
Stepper motor : motor turns but no extrusion
Probe : not deploying probe or not detecting
1. heater not heating up
2. No temp reading (0)
3. Abnormal temp
4. Not connected (wire broken inside)
5. Cooling Fan not turning on when heater is on
6. Cooling Fan only one turns on
7. Model Fan not turning on when it should
8. Model Fan only one turns on
9. Probe not deploying (bLtouch style)
10. Probe not detecting (inductive/eddy/pinda/BDsensor/Loadcell/IR/endstop)
11. Stepper motor direction is reversed
