Are you having random thermal spikes after switching to PT1000? (hence triggering complete shutdown by Klipper/Marlin)

This is caused by PT1000’s low tolerance to wiring issues.
It is distinct from an un-tuned PID.
The fix is upgrade/improve your wiring :
1. check for looseness on all connectors
2. check for snapped wires just before the head of PT1000, it is just two thin metal wire and fragile to bending
3. Ground your electrical installation, and the printer/motherboard too
4. in your electronics enclosure, give distance between the sensor wire and everything else, or shield it
If you’ve done all that and the spikes still happen, a second less-safe way is to make Klipper/Marlin less sensitive to readings.
Klipper : in printer.cfg -> in [extruder] -> add ‘smooth_time : 4’ -> recalibrate PID -> done
Marlin : in Configuration_adv.h ->
